Sizing
It really depends on how much you can collapse your hand while putting the SikhKara on. Some people like the Kara to fit really tight. They put it on with some oil or soap and never take it off. Other people like it loose so that they can take it on and off easily. When in doubt, choose the smaller size.The easiest way to measure the correct size is to find a bracelet which fits you well and measure the width from the inside edge to the other inside edge at the widest point.
